She is a dedicated member of Harambee, meaning “working together in unity” in Swahili, which focuses on attracting, retaining, and developing Black talent. In addition to regularly attending meetings and supporting event coordination, she has also represented Jacobs at National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) conferences to assist with recruitment efforts.
Breanna is also an engaged member of the Jacobs Activities Group (JAG), where she participates in monthly meetings and champions office-wide events. As an event champion, she leads the full process from ideation and flyer design to planning, budgeting, communications, and hosting.
